Editor's review
This is a software that lets you set goals for your life and monitor progress on the goals and related tasks.
Set and track your goals, sub-goals, task and sub-tasks. By tracking your progress you are able to see visually if you are progressing fast enough and which areas need improvement. It is always practical to break down your long term goals into actionable tasks; makes it easier to plan the path to success and measure the progress. The interface provides visual aid in the form of project activity list in color. Whenever some actions/tasks/sub-tasks need close focus, you need the most urgent items to be moved to the Hyperfocus Zone. The goal setting does not remain a mental exercise anymore with this tool; you are able to make concrete plans and take actions towards the goal and ensure you reach the target goals in a planned amount of time.
GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus can be used for, besides goal setting, brainstorming, thought organization, project management, as well as task list and to-do list management. The goals can be related to business or personal areas of your life or for school achievement. The GUI makes it easy to use the tool, the interface is quite intuitive. You should be able to get familiar very quickly. To help you with the main functions there are support features that include built-in calendar, Gantt Chart, status report emailer, progress chart, status report viewer, HTML generator, etc. The global view of the work breakdown structure is viewable through a G-map. Handling multiple projects is not a problem. There is a quick brainstorm mode to analyse your plan well. Hyperlink and notes can be added to the plan items. FTP to cloud storage is supported as is export to office productivity tools like the Outlook, Word, Excel as also the mind map tool Freemind. A good interactive tutorial is available to take you through the motions.
